Why we like it

Conveniently located just 20min from the airport.
Very relaxed setting in miombo woodland.

Safe and a bit out of town.

The perfect stopover point if overnighting in Lusaka, as you are still conveniently close to the International Airport yet feel as though you are far from the hustle and bustle of the capital city.

They offer a wide range of accommodation types with chalets varying from large to small, even accommodating familys, and also safari tents. All of which are comfortable and well spread out over the property. Pioneer also has many campsite facilities for those self-driving.

The main area is where one can find the well-stocked bar and library. You also order food at the bar which is home cooked and enjoyed in the outdoor dining area. There is also a large fire that is made in the evenings, in keeping with the safari tradition.
