A. Repeat Guest Credits

For all guests who have travelled with SAFARI FRANK since January 1, 2023, we offer a credit voucher as a token of our appreciation. This voucher can be used as a discount on your next safari adventure.

Credit Value: USD 100 per person (or ZAR 1,800 pp or Euro 90 pp) older than 18 years.

Upon completion of your safari, you’ll receive a voucher with a unique number, detailing your trip and the names of all travellers. To redeem your credit, simply provide this voucher or its number to your SAFARI FRANK consultant when planning your next expedition.

Terms and Conditions:

• A credit of USD 100 per person (or ZAR 1,800 pp or Euro 90 pp) for all travellers older than 18 years at the start of travel.
• Applicable only to safaris (previous travels & new travels) with a minimum value of USD 4,500 per person (or ZAR 80,000 pp or Euro 4,000 pp), excluding non-commissionable items such as gorilla permits, flights, park fees etc.
• Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Credit is person-specific and cannot be combined with or transferred to other travellers.
• Valid for travel within three years from the end date of the trip that earned the credit.
• Vouchers will be issued upon safari completion.
• The loyalty programme and associated T&C’s can be changed in the sole discretion of SAFARI FRANK at any time, and the details and terms as published on the website at the time will be applicable to all vouchers issued.

B. Guest Referral Credits

We greatly value your recommendations! As a token of our appreciation for spreading the word about SAFARI FRANK, we offer:

• USD 100 credit (or ZAR 1,800 or Euro 90) to previous SAFARI FRANK guests for the first safari booked by their referred friends.
• USD 50 credit (or ZAR 900 or Euro 45) to each traveller in your friend’s group older than 18 years towards their first SAFARI FRANK trip.

To claim this offer, your friends should mention your name when making their inquiry. Once they book, you’ll receive a voucher with a unique number. Present this voucher or number to your SAFARI FRANK consultant when planning your next adventure to redeem your credit.

Terms and Conditions:

• A credit of USD 100 (or ZAR 1,800 or Euro 90) to previous SAFARI FRANK guests for the first safari booked by their referred friends.
• A credit of USD 50 per person (or ZAR 900 pp or Euro 45 pp) to each traveller in your friend’s group older than 18 years at the time of travel towards their first SAFARI FRANK trip.
• The safari booked by your friend must be at least USD 4,500 per person (or ZAR 80, 000 pp or Euro 4,000 pp) in value excluding non-commissionable items such as gorilla permits, flights, park fees etc. This requirement will apply for both the Referrer and Referee to earn the credits.
• The Referrer (that’s you) must be a past SAFARI FRANK traveller.
• The Referee (your friend), must mention your name when making their enquiry, must be a first-time traveller with SAFARI FRANK and must reside at a different address than the referrer.
• The Referee’s booking must be for an independent safari and not on the same booking/trip as the Referrer.
• No previous guests of SAFARI FRANK will be entitled to a credit as a Referee.
• We are not able to retroactively give out referral credits for past trips, new bookings only.
• Credit can be combined with other discounts where available.
• Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable to another person.
• The credits are valid for travel within two years from the end date of your friend’s safari.
• Vouchers will be issued at receipt of Referee’s (your friend) First Deposit payment.
• The loyalty programme and associated T&C’s can be changed in the sole discretion of SAFARI FRANK at any time, and the details and terms as published on the website at the time will be applicable to all vouchers issued.
