Pioneer Lodge sits approximately 30 minutes from Lusaka International Airport, making it an excellent stopover before or after a safari in Mfuwe, the Lower Zambezi, or Kafue. Although close to the city, the lodge feels calm and removed from the urban bustle.

The property accommodates up to thirty guests across a variety of chalet-style rooms. A central bar and restaurant form the heart of the lodge, where guests gather to exchange travel stories and plan upcoming adventures. Consequently, Pioneer Lodge creates a welcoming environment that feels both social and relaxed.
