Book any Asilia properties for 7+ nights and all inter-camp travel is included!

Requirements:

Terms: 

• Based on shared scheduled flights and/or road transfers(not private charters)
• We will design the most logical routing and orderof camps to ensure the best guest experience
• Travel starts/ends at the nearest main city hub(Arusha/JRO, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam)
• City transfers are included(Arusha, Nairobi, Dar esSalaam)between airports and city hotels
• Kenya/ Tanzania cross border travel only permitted between Masai Mara and Serengeti(either direction)

• Surcharges for additional luggage will be charged as normal

Zimbabwe Free Flights 8 Night Safari Special:

Camps: The Hide, Changa Safari Camp, John’s Camp 

Terms:

• Valid for travel between 01 May & 31 October 2024 and minimum 2 pax.
• Whether guests choose the 8 or 9 night package, the three free flights will still
  apply.
• We can alternate the itinerary to suit availability but the free flight legs will
  remain as stipulated by us.

RATES INCLUDE:

• 9 or 8 nights accommodation, all meals & snacks, all beverages including teas & coffees, laundry, Wi-Fi (at The Hide & Changa only), all activities, National parks fees and Conservations fees for all properties and the following transfers: A flight from Vic Falls Airport to Hwange, a road transfer from Hwange airport (either Hwange Main or Umtshibi airstrip) to The Hide return, a flight from Hwange to Kariba (Fothergill Airstrip), a boat or road transfer from Fothergill Airstrip to Changa return, a flight from Kariba to Mana Pools, and a road transfer from Mana Main/West Airstrip to John’s Camp return.
• A flight from Mana Pools back to Vic Falls is an additional $724 pp and back to Harare is an additional $520 pp. We can arrange this for you.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• $18 departure tax which is payable in cash at the Main Airports, visas, International flights, gift shop purchases and gratuities.
• This promotion applies to our standard issued International rates for 2024 – normal nett rates apply as per individual agreements with each property.

• Children rates (no under 12 years of age for this package), family tent rates,

Kwando Safaris Botswana HONEYMOON SPECIAL

Camps: Gunn’s Camp, Kwara, Lebala, Lagoon, Moremi Crossing, Mma Dinare, Nxai Pan, Pom Pom, Rra Dinare, Splash, Tau Pan, 4 Rivers

For honeymoon couples travelling within one year of getting married, one adult qualifies for a 50% discount (accommodation only) across all camps at any time of year. The couple will also receive a wedding gift at their first camp and have a private dinner at any camp during their stay (agreed with Safari Frank ahead of time)

Terms:

• The Honeymoon Special cannot be combined with 5 Rivers Rates or any other discounts or specials.

• A wedding certificate or alternative proof by agreement must be sent before travel.

Fly for Free to Rubondo Island

Book a minimum of three nights stay at Rubondo Island Camp from 1 June to 31 December 2024 and Asilia will pay for your light aircraft flights from the Serengeti to Rubondo return*. Based on a minimum of 2 people travelling.

Terms:

• Minimum 2 people per booking
• Minimum 3 night stay at Asilia’s Rubondo Island Camp
• Offer is not applicable for Resident rate bookings; International rates only
• Combinable with any other applicable special offers at Rubondo Island Camp
• Free flights must be booked through SafariFRANK reservations and not through a 3rd party
• Flights will be operated by Auric Air on a regular shared aircraft basis and are subject to availability. Timings of schedules are decided by the airline and Asilia does not have control of these
• Regular landing fees and air taxes are included in the free flight offer, but any fuel surcharge (current or new) is not included and will be added to the invoice
• Flight routes applicable: Any Serengeti airstrip to Rubondo Island flights operated by Auric Air, and vice versa
• Connecting flights to and from the Serengeti will be booked at normal rates
