Awe-inspiring, Picturesque, Hilarious
Name your favourite destination and why.
Moremi/Savuti. Both were fabulous with the cross-section of sightings we saw eg were observed a young female leopard for two days were an impala kill in a tree. She was absolutely beautiful and “played Hollywood” whilst we all took some amazing photos. Our driver Johnny was aware of all the animals and was able to get a in very close proximity to them without encroaching into their space. The facilities were great in the camps and the staff were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. At Savuti we saw two packs of Painted Dogs (Wild Dogs) which is very rare and again Johnny was able to get us up close without disturbing the dogs comfort.
What was your best wildlife encounter?
The Painted Dogs and female leopard (too hard to choose).
Which animal could you not take enough photos of?
The Painted Dogs and the female leopard.
Which activity would you recommend to other travellers?
The mobile camping
How was your experience working with SAFARI FRANK?
Frank’s bird knowledge was unbelievable! He was an absolute delight to travel with and the whole tour was hilarious. We all got on extremely well except for JR thinking it was his own private tour.
Will you return to Africa?
Probably.
