We are excited to facilitate another of Shari’s exclusive safari and yoga retreats, taking place from November 4–12, 2026(optional extension November 13–16). This unique retreat starts and ends in Windhoek and offers the perfect mixture of relaxation, active exploration and wildlife.
Itinerary in Brief
Sole Dream Holidays, in partnership with SAFARI FRANK, is overjoyed to present the 4th Edition of our Wellness & Wildlife retreat, November 4–12, 2026, with an exquisite optional extension November 13–16, 2026, in one of our most cherished places—Namibia.
This is not a typical safari. It’s sunrise stillness over the dunes. Private game drives at golden hour. Luxury lodges surrounded by vast, cinematic landscapes. This promises to be an unforgettable journey through two of Namibia’s jaw-dropping locations, Damaraland and Etosha National Park. Get ready for mindful movement and meditation with stunning landscapes, from vast deserts to vibrant nature reserves, as our backdrops. Should you choose to continue your journey with us, we have a limited-space extension to magnificent Sossusvlei & Deadvlei, November 13–16, 2026.
This private, exclusive safari is curated for a truly personal experience, led by professional and experienced safari guides who will deepen our connection with Namibia’s unique wildlife and dramatic scenery.
Imagine evening meditation under golden Namibian sunsets, tracking desert-adapted elephants and rhinos, and visiting the magnificent Himba Tribe.
With our knowledgeable team, every moment of discovery will be stress-free, rewarding, and filled with unforgettable memories.
This retreat has quietly become one of our most transformative journeys. And once again, spaces will be intentionally limited. If Namibia has been on your heart and in your mind, then this is your invitation for a life-changing journey that will captivate you mind, body and spirit. We can’t wait to share this exceptional experience with you!
OPTIONAL YOGA (BEGINNERS WELCOME):
Once per day (or when available) we will practice yoga or meditation in a variety of amazing locations. Imagine a morning practice under a thatched roof with uninterrupted views of the nature reserve, or an afternoon session on a wooden deck overlooking groves of mopane trees. Founder & Lead Instructor
“Yoga has brought me so much joy over the years. It is a never-ending journey filled with friendship, travel, excitement and love. There is always something new to learn and I can’t wait to see where the next adventure takes me and who will be coming along for the ride!”
Shari discovered the unlimited and positive effects of a consistent yoga practice over 18 years ago in San Francisco, California. Her journey included numerous disciplines, but it wasn’t until Ashtanga that she found her true yoga passion and was certified in 2010 in Florence, Italy (her other passion!). She now enjoys teaching a vigorous, playful and challenging vinyasa flow class accompanied by an equally dynamic playlist. Shari has been leading yoga retreats and holidays for over 8 years in amazing locations from Greece to Israel to Morocco and all over her adopted and gorgeous country, Italy.
