Gorgeous George features 32 bespoke rooms and suites ranging from Studio Rooms to One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Suites. Industrial tones of raw, exposed concrete and steelwork are blended with modern Victorian design elements to celebrate the merging of two unique buildings. Each room is kitted with an eclectic mix of handpicked treasures and custom pieces sourced from local and international designers then finished with hand-painted wall art by David Brits. All rooms have a fully-stocked mini bar packed with local favourites, in-room coffee plunger and tea making facilities, custom SCENT for Gorgeous George luxury bathroom amenities, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, a 43-inch Smart TV and in-room dining.

Offering fresh and inspirational dishes to thrill the palates of both local foodies and international travellers. Executive Chef Guy Bennett brings his extensive knowledge and passion for food to the indulgent yet accessible breakfast and ‘noon till close’ menus using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The Gigi Rooftop Bar is a place to let loose and indulge with meticulously crafted cocktails designed by our in-house mixologists from a selection of local and international wines and spirits.
