Nyika’s wide, open rolling grassland hills combined with a cool, crisp climate make the Plateau an ideal – and breathtakingly beautiful – landscape for hiking and more.
While at Nyika National Park, guests can enjoy walks and hikes, game drives and night drives, mountain biking, fly fishing and birdwatching.
After a long day of exploring Nyika’s wondrous highland landscapes, unwind with a warm bath, snuggle into luxuriously soft bathrobes and collapse into bed with a comforting hot water bottle.
Accommodations
Accommodation comprises eight warm log cabins made of pine with a fireplace, an en-suite bathroom and an upstairs viewing area or room for accompanying children. Two chalets are joined to form an interconnected family unit. Elevated wooden walkways link the cabins to the inviting main building, complete with an outside deck for sundowners, convivial dining around a fireplace and a lounge area for quiet reflection or conversation.
