Nestled 10 km south of Andersson Gate on the C 38, lies the humble and charming Etosha Safari Camp. The camp combines down-to-earth relaxation, innovative design, and of course, the allure of the Etosha National Park.

Experience & Activities:

Etosha Safari Camp brings the legendary story and spirit of Africa to life. The camp, in all its character, allows guests to indulge in its cosy accommodation set amidst Mopane trees, take a dip in its inviting circular swimming pool, or enjoy the lush green campsites. Guests can revel in the unique dining experience offered by the ‘township’ dining rooms, which serve a variety of food from an old train compartment, and enjoy lively local songs performed by The Etosha Boys.

During the day, guests can explore the magnificent animal kingdom of Etosha National Park, which is only a short drive from the camp. The camp offers guided tours with professional guides for an enlightening wildlife journey where guests can encounter the black-faced impala, wizened elephant giants, and lion kings. As the day ends, guests can retreat to the camp for comfort, good cheer, and toe-tapping to the beat of Africa.

Accommodations:

Etosha Safari Camp offers a range of accommodation options catering to various needs. The camp boasts 50 chalets including 37 twin chalets, 3 triple chalets, and 10 family chalets equipped with a twin + bunk for children under 13 years only.

Campers are offered 20 campsites with shared ablution facilities and power points. These campsites can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

For a more equipped camping experience, the camp offers 8 self-catering Camping2Go tents. These tents come with 4 beds, en-suite facilities, a gas cooker, fridge, BBQ facilities, and a shaded outdoor kitchen with seating.

All accommodations come with air conditioning/heating, en-suite bathrooms, showers, a safe, a veranda, mosquito nets, a tea/coffee station, a hairdryer, and an umbrella.

Camping2Go amenities include a fully equipped shaded outdoor kitchen with seating, bedding and towels, a fridge, a gas cooker, en-suite shower/bathroom, and a water cooler.

Camping amenities include shared ablution facilities, power points, barbeque facilities, hot/cold water, a lawn, shade, wheelchair-friendly environment, and lights.
