Experience & Activities:
Home to Victoria Falls, the area around Livingstone and across both nearby land borders in Zimbabwe and Chobe in Botswana provide a plethora of possibilities for adventure and excitement.
The property is 50 acres in extent with the main lodge itself surrounded by serene gardens beneath indigenous riverine forest. Wander the pathways listening to a chorus of birdsong or relax on the main terrace overlooking the water or in the privacy of the balcony in front of your suite.
There is a variety of on-site facilities available to all guests to enjoy; chill at the infinity main-area swimming pool with forever-views over the river, play croquet or boulés on the lawn between the main building and Summerhouse; play board games in the library such as chess or backgammon or make use of the tennis court, the gym, the nature/running trail and the Summerhouse.
From something sedate like canoeing on the upper river to exhilarating and unique delights such as seeing the waterfall from the air on a helicopter or micro-light ‘flight of the angels’, to visiting Livingstone Island where the famous seasonal Devils and Angels Pools are, the amazing Ele-Café in the nearby Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and world-class grade-five White Water Rafting, going on a game walk with tracking the white rhino as the end goal to name but a few (the list is almost endless!) there really is something for everyone to enjoy here.
