Chobe Water Villas is privately situated in the 150 km2 Namibian Kasika Conservancy directly on the banks of the Chobe River, opposite the renowned Chobe National Park and the safari town of Kasane in Botswana. It affords unobstructed views into the Chobe National Park and over the world-renowned Sedudu Island.

Located at the confluence of the legendary Chobe and the mighty Zambezi Rivers where the borders of four countries meet, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Chobe Water Villas nestles quietly under magnificent shading acacia trees and exclusively hosts only 32 guests in its uniquely positioned luxurious Water Villas, Lounges, Bar, Restaurant, Infinity pool, African Boma and Pool Deck.

This spectacular location ensures amazing views of an untamed Africa, available from the Lodge and all of its 16 exclusive Water Villas. The architectural and interior design ethos adopted, provides all guests with a genuine “sense of place” experience whilst delicately and tastefully presenting Africa in a stylish, sophisticated and contemporary manner, blending natures’ magic in profusion, ‘framing’ this picture rather than ‘dominating’ it and hosting all guests in a tranquil and informal manner as enjoyed when visiting friends in their luxurious vacation homes in Africa.

The luxury water villas all feature a guaranteed 180°degree unobstructed view of the Chobe river and into the Chobe National Park. Perched on stilts over the water’s edge, the Villas’ elevated view includes the world – renowned Sedudu Island. These luxury suite – type Villas offer 85m² of living space featuring an open plan lounge and bedroom area, include a 19m² front terrace facing the Chobe river with sun-loungers and a built-in daybed and a 12m² rear terrace facing the natural bush and spectacular sunsets. The generous bathroom features a double vanity and separate bath, shower and toilet. The open-plan bedroom and lounge face the spectacular Chobe view through floor-to-ceiling glass doors which fold back completely along the entire width of the room and onto the front terrace. Each villa offers a mattress/bed configuration of either extra-length “soft-top” King or 2 x ¾ beds.

Experience the grandeur of the infinity pool, right on the water’s edge. The pool and deck area with spectacular views of the Chobe River, is the ultimate spot for relaxation. Game viewing and bird watching from your perch under a canopy of trees, accompanied by the soothing sound of the river close-by, will by far surpass any African bush experience you’ve had thus far.

The restaurant, butler’s self-service bar and various lounge areas will leave you spoiled for choice. Take your pick from the fascinating reading material in the private library selection and indulge in all-day complimentary tea and coffee at the adjacent butler’s self-service station.
