The journey continues to the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a natural amphitheater teeming with wildlife. Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha
Upon arrival, clear customs & immigration, collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall.
A representative will welcome you and do a road transfer to your lodge for an overnight stay.
Rivertrees Country Inn / 1 Night
Day 2-4: Tarangire
This morning after breakfast at the agreed time a driver will pick you up from the lodge and do road transfer to Arusha Airport where you will board a scheduled light aircraft plane heading to Kuro airstrip in Tarangire NP.
Upon arrival at Kuro, a guide will be waiting and do a game view transfer to Olivers Camp for check in and lunch.
Olivers Camps is home for the next three nights in Tarangire, it is not called elephant central for nothing!
Spend the next three days exploring Tarangire on day and night game drives as well as walks.
Visit the Tarangire Lion Research Centre for a guided tour. Camp Management will confirm the transfer details to your next camp during your stay.
Oliver’s Camp / 3 Nights
Day 5-7: Ngorongoro
This morning after the morning game activity and a hearty breakfast it will be time to say goodbye to the friendly staff of Olivers.
Your guide will do a game view transfer to Kuro airstrip where you will board a scheduled light aircraft flight to Manyara airstrip on the cliffs of the Rift Valley.
Upon arrival a guide will await you for a road transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater and your next camp, the exquisite The Highlands.
When reaching the crater stop at the viewing point on the edge of the crater for your first sight of this magnificent landscape.
Upon arrival at camp enjoy lunch and some R&R in the luxury of your suite.
The next morning do a descent onto the crater floor for a full day of game viewing and packed lunch at a picnic spot.
On the second day do some hikes in the area, and if you are up for it to some of the other crater lakes in the area.
On one of the days to be discussed with your guide also visit a local Maasai community.

The Highlands / 3 Nights
Day 8-10: Serengeti
This morning after breakfast do a transfer back to Manyara airstrip and board a scheduled light aircraft heading to the Serengeti South airstrip.
The flight will be a great experience as you will get to see the crater, the plains of the Serengeti and the wildebeest herds from the air!
Upon arriving in the southern Serengeti your guide for the next three days will await you for a game view transfer to Ubuntu Migration Camp your home for the next three nights on the plains of the Serengeti.
After lunch it will be time from some R&R in your luxury safari tent followed by a late afternoon game drive.
During this time of the year the wildebeest migration will be in the area and it is also calving season. Thousands of baby wildebeest are born on the plains over a few weeks making for some exciting game viewing. The big cats of the Serengeti are also abundant and nature will be in full display.
Spend the three days at fabulous Ubuntu and explore the vast plains of the Serengeti, an amazing experience!

Ubuntu Migration Camp / 3 Nights
Day 11: Arusha
Say goodbye to the wonderful staff of Ubuntu and do a game view transfer to the Serengeti South airstrip in time to board a scheduled light aircraft flight heading to Kilimanjaro Airport.
Upon arrival collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall.
Here a representative will collect and transfer you to Rivertrees Country Inn for your overnight accommodation.
Rivertrees Country Inn / 1 Night
Day 12: Departure
Today is sadly the last day of your safari!
At the agreed time do a road transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport in time for your international flight.
The trip will have made memories for a life time!
